Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

1. The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the conditions and procedures for use of the regular membership service provided by Jonathan Paragliding School (hereinafter "Jonathan") and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

1. These Terms and Conditions take effect when announced to users online.
2. Jonathan reserves the right to amend the Terms in the event of changed circumstances or important business reasons, and the amended Terms take effect in the same manner as the preceding clause.
3. If a member does not agree to the amended Terms, the member may stop using the service and terminate the use agreement at any time. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the Terms is deemed agreement to the amendments.

Chapter 2 Service Use

Article 1 (Formation of the Use Agreement)

1. The use agreement is formed by Jonathan's acceptance of the user's application for the regular membership service and the user's agreement to the Terms.

Article 2 (Service Use and Restrictions)

1. Service use is available year-round, excluding New Year's Day, Lunar New Year, Chuseok, etc., unless there are special business or technical issues for Jonathan. However, Jonathan may restrict all or part of the service use for business or technical reasons, in which case Jonathan will give notice on its website before or after the fact.

Chapter 3 Rights and Obligations

Article 1 (Jonathan's Obligations)

1. Unless there are special circumstances, Jonathan ensures that members can use the services they have applied for.
2. Jonathan is obligated to provide the service continuously and stably in accordance with these Terms.
3. When Jonathan recognizes that an opinion or complaint raised by a member is justified, it must process it immediately.

Article 2 (Member's Obligations)

1. Members must comply with the matters stipulated in these Terms.
2. In using the service, members must not engage in any of the following acts:
   • ① Defaming others or invading their privacy
   • ② Negligently or intentionally disclosing or disseminating false information to disrupt the stable operation of Jonathan's normal service
   • ③ Commercially using information obtained through Jonathan's service without Jonathan's prior consent
   • ④ Other acts that harm public morals or violate these Terms or the use conditions set by Jonathan
3. Without explicit consent, members may not transfer or gift to others their right to use Jonathan's service or any other status under the use agreement.

Chapter 4 Termination of Agreement and Restriction of Service Use

Article 1 (Termination of Agreement and Restriction of Use)

1. When a member wishes to terminate the use agreement, the member must notify Jonathan by phone or email.
2. The agreement cannot be terminated after 6 months have passed from the time of paid membership registration.
3. If the member's reason for termination is justified, the remaining membership fee will be refunded calculated by the number of days after the contract date.
4. Jonathan may terminate the use agreement without prior notice, or suspend service use for a set period, if a member commits any of the following acts:
   • ① Acts against public order and public morals
   • ② Acts related to criminal activity
   • ③ Acts that damage the reputation of others or cause them disadvantage
   • ④ Acts that impair sound use, such as harming Jonathan's service
   • ⑤ Other acts that violate the use conditions set by Jonathan

Article 2 (Procedure for Use Restriction)

1. When Jonathan intends to restrict a member's service use, it will determine the reason, date, and period, and notify the relevant user by email, phone, or other means.
