There is a way to fly today without having to learn paragliding. This is the two-seater tandem flight experience, . A professional pilot will be on board to take care of all the controls, so all you have to do is enjoy the scenery. Let’s take a look at how it actually goes in order.

STEP 1. Reservation

Select the desired date and time and make a reservation by phone or online. As mentioned earlier, since it is greatly affected by the weather, we will check the weather conditions one more time on the morning of the flight and provide final guidance. Please inquire early as it closes early on weekends and peak seasons.

STEP 2. Arrival at the training center & safety briefing

When you arrive at the Pyeongchang training center, the pilot in charge will explain takeoff attitude and precautions . It's not difficult. There’s just one key — “Don’t stop when you take off, just keep pushing forward.” Put on your helmet and harness and go to the glide range.

STEP 3. Takeoff

When the pilot sets up the canopy (wings) at the glide field, they take a few steps together at the signal. The moment your feet leave the ground, the feeling of the sky opening up to your entire body is difficult to express in words. Takeoff takes just seconds.

“It’s not jumping, it’s gently floating.”

STEP 4. Flight

Once in the air, you will sit comfortably in the harness. Take your time and enjoy the view of Pyeongchang’s ridge and sky unfolding beneath your feet.If the pilot wants, he can add more thrills by flying in gentle turns, or he can fly calmly focusing on the scenery. Even if you have a fear of heights, most people say, “It’s not as scary as I thought.”

STEP 5. Landing

As the landing point approaches, follow the pilot's guidance to extend your legs forward and gently touch the ground. Simply straighten your knees slightly to absorb the shock. The sense of accomplishment I felt when I successfully completed my first flight was something I would remember for a long time.
