Jonathan Paragliding School is a certification issuing organization certified by the Korea Paragliding Association, and safely develops beginners into pilots.
Stage 1 · Introductory Training (Ground Training)
The first thing you learn is not the sky, but the ground . Raise the canopy on a low slope (ground handling) and learn the basics of takeoff posture and direction control. Equipment construction, safety rules, and the basics of reading the weather are also learned at this stage.
Stage 2 · Step-by-step flight training
Once ground training is stable, start with short flights at low altitudes and gradually increase altitude. The instructor provides real-time coaching via radio, and the entire process of takeoff → direction change → landing is repeated and mastered. Jonathan's spacious Pyeongchang gliding studio is the perfect environment for beginners to practice safely.

Step 3 · Obtaining Certification
Once you have the required flight experience and skills, you can take the Korea Paragliding Association qualification test . A certification is not just a certificate, but a qualification that certifies that you are a pilot who can take responsibility for your own safety. As a certification issuing agency, Jonathan supports the entire process from preparation to acquisition.
Step 4 · Regular Member Course
Growth continues even after obtaining certification. In the regular membership course, , you learn next-level skills such as cross-country (long-distance flying), mountain flying, and advanced weather training, and travel to gliding sites across the country with club members. A heavenly hobby that you can enjoy for a lifetime begins here.
